Extensive study of the opportunities represented by fair trade and organic markets as a way to survive the low prices of coffee. Study pertains more specifically to the case of Mexico. Their case study suggests that organic certification is not necessarily rewarding when the coffee price are low. here

Provides excellent background on organic coffee and some technical advice. It also talks about the certification process and the market realities. here
