Harvest - Typical date range for entire crop. We often do not buy the early pickings

Shipping - Typical range subject to quantity of annual crop. Most cooperative have a target date for clearing out the warehouse and settling all financial accounts. Often this date determines the last ship date.

First Arrivals - Month that we target for first arrivals of new crop

Transit - Time allowed from shipping port to available in our New Jersey warehouse.
