Our Approach	We want to be a model for Fair Trade and sustainable development alternatives in both the North and the South, while continuing to sell the highest quality coffee on the market. Our Best Practices and Development	The aim of our Best Practices is to facilitate stronger, sustainable relationships with our Producer Partners. Apart from general communications and travel, our roasters have done so by generating several projects in multiple formats and contexts. Our Travel	Whether we are starting a new relationship with a producer partner or striving to nourish a healthy and reciprocal working relationship, we believe that face to face time via travel is crucial to what we do. Our Committee Work	Our main task as an importing coop, is to import coffee. However, we have a host of other mandates that are crucial to trying to be the best Fair Trade coffee importer out there.
