Cafe Cambio
Café Cambio was founded in 2005, in Chicoutimi, a small town in northern Quebec by two fantastic young ladies. By being also an auditorium, they helped develop a rich cultural life. It also aimed to sensitize the population to sustainable development values as well as to fair trade in general and they make the promotion of local products. In a town that has lots of problems stopping the exodus of the younger to bigger cities, Café Cambio is a refreshing and very beneficial initiative. |
