Heine Brothers' Coffee started in 1992 as an espresso cart in a grocery in Louisville, Kentucky. Way back then, we roasted our beans in three-pound batches using a coffee roaster the size of a large mailbox. From the beginning, our idea was to sell the world's finest coffees- fresh from the roaster- to folks just as passionate about outstanding coffee as we were. Today, we have seven cafés in some of Louisville’s quirkiest neighborhoods and we are just as committed to creating amazing coffee as we were when we began. |

Just as important to us as serving amazing-tasting coffee is the idea
