  year's 26th AGM! We are asking all Member Reps and Owners to arrive Wedne
 sday\, September 16\, to attend the Member Reps and Owners' Meeting on Thu
 rsday morning. This dedicated quality time together at the beginning of th
 e event will provide you with the opportunity for more meaningful discussi
 on and exchange. There will also be an SAQ cupping event on Thursday after
 noon! Other attendees are more than welcome to arrive on the 16th as well 
 to kick off their time at this special event! You will have an extra day t
 o explore the landscape\, before meetings begin on the 18th. Our venue\, H
 aystack Mountain School of Craft\, is located on a pine tree sloping hills
 ide that leads straight toward the ocean. Designed by the American archite
 ct Edward Larrabee Barnes\, it is a place that truly inspires! On top of a
  beautiful setting for our meetings\, you can expect yoga in the mornings\
 , bonfires by the water\, hangouts on the deck\, locally prepared and sour
 ced meals\, and more! Staying at Haystack is sure to be a special experien
 ce for the Cooperative Coffees' roaster community and we can't wait to see
  you there! From cabins with two beds and a private bath for $120/night\, 
 to larger dorms with 11 beds for $100/night\, there are many lodging optio
 ns to choose from at Haystack! This rate also includes 3 meals per day! We
  sincerely hope everyone will choose to stay on campus\, and we will make
