Finca Triunfo Verde is a cooperative of smallholder organic farmers operating in the buffer zone of the El Triunfo biological reserve. Through ecologically friendly practices, they promote conservation, resource recovery, and local biodiversity. Their mission is to improve member livelihoods by selling high-quality organic coffee at a fair price to markets that value their environmentally conscious efforts.

As environmental stewards, Triunfo Verde actively engages its members in environmental education. Through technical and agronomic support, farmers receive the necessary training to develop their households into productive campesino enterprises, fostering sustainable economic development within their communities.

All business operations—from coffee collection and commercialization to technical, financial, and productive assistance, as well as community development and diversification—are managed inclusively and democratically. The cooperative is founded on principles advocating for gender and racial equality and religious freedom.

Ultimately, their mission is to demonstrate that agriculture can be compatible with rational resource use, promoting social and economic development in underserved communities. Their goal is to improve humankind's relationship with nature through feasible and ecologically sound means, while maintaining social justice as a core principle.
