Welcome to the Next 25 Years of Coop Coffees!
Welcome to our new hub! After recently celebrating 25 years of connections through coffee, it’s time to look ahead to the next 25 years. And with that, we’re excited to welcome you to our fresh, new digital home- a place where our community of roaster-members, producer partners, and coffee lovers across the Americas can meet, share, and learn about organic green coffee and the people who grow it.
In an ongoing effort to set the standard for transparency, our new website is designed to be approachable, intuitive, beautiful, and informative, with more channels devoted to better connecting our members, producers, and the wider specialty coffee community. For long-time members and producer partners, the change from our previous website will seem monumental. That’s because it is. If you’re new to Cooperative Coffees, we hope your exploration offers enough food for thought, insight, and intrigue to get you curious about sourcing your next bag of organic green from us.
At the end of the day, our goal is to improve the lives and livelihoods of small-scale coffee farmers by helping them sell their exceptional organic coffee.
Here are a few highlights to look out for on the new site.
Find us on the map!
One of the exciting new additions to the site is our interactive coffee map, where visitors can explore the supply chain that sustains Cooperative Coffees.
Through detailed profile pages, you can learn more about:
The producers and coffee producer cooperatives we partner with.
Our roaster-members, located throughout the USA and Canada.
The impact work made possible by our Impact Fund

Explore the New SPOT List
Our newly improved SPOT COFFEES list is another major upgrade, especially for roasters who are new to Cooperative Coffees or non-members looking to explore our offerings. Coffee roasters sometimes ask us to find another home for coffees they are committed to. These become our limited SPOT offerings, which provide a great way for new customers to try us out!
Roasters and green buyers can browse available organic green coffees through detailed profiles, which include:
Tasting notes
Information on the producer cooperative
Impact projects we have supported
Availability and purchasing options
Interested roasters can also directly request samples or full bags through the platform, making it easier to discover and try one of our outstanding organic coffees on spot!

Plan Forward with the Harvest Cycle Calendar
We have a new Forward Offerings section that allows members to plan ahead by consulting the harvest cycle calendar when deciding their forward commitments. Committing to purchases in advance is vital for building equitable and sustainable trade. It provides mutual benefit to roasters and producers alike by promoting:
Long-Term Planning - Roasters can plan their coffee lineup and costs in advance.
Stable Pricing - Forward contracts lock in predictable prices.
Elevated Quality - Producers with guaranteed buyers can focus on quality.
Income Security - Forward booking provides producers with reliable income.
Stronger Partnerships - Enduring commitments foster shared success.
Members now have a clearer, more visual way to plan future coffee purchases by tracking:
What’s currently being harvested
What’s fresh and arriving soon
What’s shipping from origin
Seasonal cycles across producing regions
For roasters and green buyers managing inventory and planning purchases months ahead, this tool provides valuable insight into the near-future of the coffee year, and helps make sourcing decisions easier, more transparent, and more beneficial for everyone along the supply chain.

Follow our Impact Work
The new website also shines a light on the Cooperative Coffees Impact Fund and the projects it supports. Cooperative Coffees' roaster-members invest US$0.03/lb on all green coffee purchases into our Impact Fund. This fund supports climate resilience and adaptation by investing in farmer-led projects.
With a live funds counter and regular updates, visitors can stay informed about ongoing impact initiatives, and see how collective contributions are supporting meaningful work at origin and throughout the specialty coffee community.
Stay Engaged with the Community
From trips to origin and upcoming AGMs to SAQ retreats and other gatherings throughout the year, our new Community page will serve as the central hub for all upcoming Cooperative Coffees events and news.
Members and the public can stay up to date on:
Upcoming trips to origin
AGM updates
Retreats and trainings
Community gatherings
Special events and announcements
We’re excited to make it easier than ever to stay connected with the people and experiences that bring our coop together.
Designed with the Future in Mind
Beyond the tools and features, the new website represents a commitment to continued growth and service to our membership and to the producers we partner with.
The site is cleaner, faster, easier to navigate, and designed with accessibility and linguistic diversity in mind; all while better reflecting the warmth, collaboration, and care that define our cooperative.
We’re proud of what we’ve built together, and we invite you to take a look around, explore the new features, and connect with the growing, global community behind the fair trade, organic coffees we source.
Welcome. We’re glad you’re here.
