We will be focusing on production roasts of common coffees carried by members. These production roasts will be cupped alongside preship and landed samples for the same coffees (where possible) to highlight different members' treatments of the same products, versus what our lab is tasting and basing decisions on.

Additionally, we intend to showcase a couple of interesting new origins, likely Kenya and Brazil, in order to examine the quality and potential for future relationships in these countries.
