Koperasi Sumatera Permata Gayo
Founded in 2014, Sumatra Permata Gayo has its roots deep int he heart of the Gayo Highlands, Aceh, Indonesia one of the world’s most celebrated coffee origins. In its early journey, the company proudly served as an exporter for renowned cooperatives such as Permata Gayo Cooperative, Kokowagayo, and Musara Pakat. After a brief pause between 2019–2021 due to regulatory challenges, they came back stronger in 2022 with a renewed management and vision: to empower farmers, elevate quality, and share the authentic taste of Gayo coffee with the world. Today, SPGC partners with more than 520 dedicated farmers, cultivating over 41,690 hectares of fertile land in the highlands.
